As president and CEO of Avenue 31, Michel brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the real estate development industry. He’s known for his ethics, professionalism and keen eye for development opportunities that create value for investors.

In 2004, Michel pursued a dream when he launched Simplicity Developments, where he created and led a multitude of projects, including residential subdivisions, land assemblies, mixed-use transit-oriented developments, community retail plazas, infill residential, industrial buildings, industrial and business parks, and public-private partnerships. A natural progression of SimpliCity Developments was to start Avenue 31 to focus on the development of land he was pursuing.

In the hockey world, Michel would be our power forward, opening up scoring opportunities and happiest out there digging in the corners.
