Camino Inland Port at Long Sault is a 680-acre master planned transmodal logistics village to be anchored with a 50 to 100 acre rail yard. It’s bordered to the north by Highway 401, the busiest goods movement corridor for transport trucks in Canada, and to the south by a CN main cargo line, the busiest cargo rail corridor in North America.


    • Located at exit 778 on Highway 401 at Moulinette Road in Long Sault, Ontario
    • 4,000,000 to 5,000,000 ft2 plus a 150-acre multi-modal rail yard
    • Investment goal: to develop a multi-modal logistics village with an accredited design, builder, operator or rail yards catering to large industrial users looking to store and distribute their goods with approximately three kilometres of frontage on CN’s Toronto-Montreal mainline
