The project represents the most prominent undeveloped industrial land in Ottawa. The lease structure negotiated is highly entrepreneurial and will yield attractive returns to both the NCC and Avenue 31 over its life. A master planned approach includes enhanced and coordinated building and site design, as well as sustainable initiatives. Construction on the park’s first building (143,000 ft2) and associated infrastructure began in Q2 2021 and will be substantially completed by Q1 2022.
