With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Gavin leads Avenue 31’s development projects with a focus on creating value for users, communities, and investors. He has overseen the planning, construction, and sale of thousands of residential units, ranging from condominiums to purpose-built rental apartments.

In addition to his residential experience, Gavin has played a key role in master planning large-scale, multi-phase developments, most notably the Mont Tremblant Resort.
