From the very beginning, we’ve had strong governance in place to help guide and grow the company. The cornerstone of this was the establishment of a diverse, independent board of directors comprised of five external directors and a CEO. All directors have proven track records in their fields of expertise, which include tax law, succession planning in both business and real estate, audits, financial reporting and private capital management, strategic communications and government relations, real estate development financing and loan syndication, and property development, as well as the creation, growth, and management of real estate investment trusts.
