Matthew, Arch Tech, CAPM, LEED GA, brings 8 years of direct project and construction management experience.  Matt has lead multiple construction projects inclusive of commercial base buildings and multi unit residences in Ottawa, Montreal and the Greater Toronto Area.

Matt will manage tenant improvement projects and participate in the detailed design and execution of new buildings in the portfolio.

As our power play specialist, Matt will help the team succeed.
