As vice president of development at Avenue 31, Gavin brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has held leadership positions directly responsible for planning, building, and selling thousands of residential units for condominiums and purpose-built rental apartments. His passion lies in creating development projects that make sense for the users, the community, and the investors.

To be a good defenseman, you need to have great vision. Throughout his career, Gavin has demonstrated exceptional vision in master planning large-scale, multi-phase development projects, including the Mont Tremblant Resort.
